For things we've done we're all to blame
Even before the white men came
Bloodbaths and carnage were the game

Iroquois made the Erie flee
Spanish went on a killing spree
From Jamestown our first colony
Schenectady to Wounded Knee

Sand Creek Massacre

From before history began
We massacred our fellow man
From folks in the Timucuan clan
To when Pound Ridge was overran

For massacres we all bear guilt
We're all part of the human quilt
With sacrifice our world was built
A sacrifice of blood we've spilt
