It's Winter
(Celebrate the Seasons)

It seems like many just can't wait
For time to circumnavigate
The winter season which they hate

But may I say that winter's great
For many reasons I could state
A season many underrate

There're no mosquitoes to berate
No chiggers making us irate

And ticks at that time are sedate

The Story of Snow
The Science of Winter's Wonder

They miss out in the sunshine state

There's no more mowing I can't wait

There's ice upon which we can skate

As the Norwegians tend to state
There's no bad weather we could rate
There's just bad clothing too light weight
